One way to find this is to search in the Archives index. Yearbooks with that information are on the Archives webpages. The picture from the 1908 yearbook is on the digitized page 118. The 1910 picture is on digitized page 144.
There is also a note on page 146 of the Philip Holmgren book: Kearney State College 1905 - 1980, which may be found by using the Advanced LoperSearch function on the Library Home page, and selecting the title search limiter. This source states that the requirement was that a person had to be: "a male at least six feet tall." (This is on the numbered page 136).
