Check your Library account access by scrolling over the Services link on the main Library page, then clicking on My Account.  Then use your EASI login and password to check your account,

You might tryi to access STOR through the direct proxied link: https://unk.idm.oclc.org/login?url=http://www.jstor.org/action/showAdvancedSearch

Make sure that cookies are accepted on your browser, and clear your browser cache to delete the saved error page.  You might also try using another browser or browsers.  Sometimes minor browser settings will make a difference.

Have you tried to access any other databases other than JSTOR? There have been some changes to the Library system that might invalidate any bookmarked or cached pages on your computer.  To access JSTOR (or any other Library databases) you must follow this link path: Library Home page / Resources / Articles & Databases / J / JSTOR.  (Remember that JSTOR is an archival database - other databases may have more recent articles or information on your topic).

If you still cannot access JSTOR through the UNK Library list of databases, you should be able to search the public version of JSTOR for citations.  Then send us the citations of the articles you need through this e-mail link.  However, if the Library does not have access to those articles (we don't have all of JSTOR), you would have to order them through Interlibrary Loan.

If you have tried multiple logins with variations or different EASI logins (be sure to use only the part of your e-mail address before the @ symbol), your account may be blocked for reasons of security.  You may have to contact the UNK Help desk to check or unlock your account.  See:  http://www.unk.edu/offices/its/help_desk/index.php

Please let us know if any of the above does not give you access to JSTOR.
